The 1996 Sunbeam 44, built by Schöchl Yachtbau and certified by Germanischer Lloyd, is a robust ocean-going cruising yacht featuring a safe and comfortable centre cockpit layout. Prior to the current owner's purchase, the yacht underwent a comprehensive pre-purchase survey covering the hull and deck, and a professional rigging survey reportis also available. Throughout her ownership, the yacht has been meticulously maintained and significantly upgraded.
